County Resolution
This post represents a possible resolution that could be adopted by any county in order to declare themselves constitutional as well as to put the state and federal governments on notice. I will continue to update this document as I progress through the thoughts and information. I do want to mention that there are many states across America declaring themselves 2nd Amendment counties with respect to guns. But one must ask, why are you only upholding a single amendment? What about the rest?

On motion of _______________, which carried ___, the following resolution was adopted:
A RESOLUTION TO DECLARE ???county??? COUNTY, GEORGIA AS A “CONSTITUTIONAL COUNTY”
WHEREAS, Paragraph 1 of the Constitution of the State of Georgia reads “No person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property except by due process of law.”
WHEREAS, Amendment IV of the Constitution of the United States reads “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the places to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”
WHEREAS, Paragraph II. The Constitution of Georgia reads “Protection to person and property is the paramount duty of government and shall be impartial and complete. No person shall be denied the equal protection of the laws.
WHEREAS, Amendment V of the Constitution of the United States reads “… nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty or property, without due process of law;…”
WHEREAS, Paragraph XIII of the Constitution of Georgia reads “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures shall not be violated;”
WHEREAS, Article I, Section 9 of the Constitution of the United States reads “… No Capitation, or other direct, Tax shall be laid, unless in Proportion to the Census or Enumeration herein before directed to be taken.”
WHEREAS, Blacks Dictionary defines Gross Income as “The total income of a business or individual before deductions.”
WHEREAS, Blacks Dictionary defines Net Income as “Net profit of business arrived at by deducting operating expenses and taxes from gross profit.
WHEREAS, The mandatory requirement of a citizen to file taxes based on “income” that is not defined within the tax code and that such filing is clearly used against them, violates both their IV and V amendment rights.
WHEREAS, A company filing taxes, pays said taxes, based on their reported Net Income, and a citizen of our county earning compensation for their time doesn’t have Net Income.
WHEREAS, The I.R.S. and the Federal Government have created a tax code so complicated and restrictive that even they do not understand what it says and would have to be judged by any court of integrity – “Void For Vagueness”.
WHEREAS, Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution of the United States reads “…To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures;”
WHEREAS, The Federal Government has violated Article 1, Section 8 by relinquishing control of our country’s money to a private bank and giving it the power to regulate its value.
WHEREAS, The Federal Government has passed many laws such as the Patriot Act, that clearly violate citizens I, II, IV, V, VI, and VIII amendment rights.
WHEREAS, The I.R.S. violates citizens’ constitutional rights daily by confiscation of property and bank accounts for supposed tax violations without ever giving our citizens their due process guaranteed by our constitution.
WHEREAS, The I.R.S. places undue pressures of compliance on companies within our county to collect, report, and provide “income” taxes taken from employees’ wages, forcing said companies into violating citizens’ constitutional rights as well as making them “tax agents” without compensation, and at considerable risk and expense.
WHEREAS, The Federal and State Governments have created agencies such as the DEA, IRS, Alcohol Tabacco and Firearms, CDC, FDA, EPA, Department of Education, HLS, and many more, to regulate and enforce laws in order to sidestep our Constitution.
WHEREAS, The Federal and State governments are colluding with Main Stream Media and Big Tech companies in order to sidestep our First Amendment rights.
WHEREAS, The confiscation of property by members of these government agencies without due process continues to happen in the name of protecting the country without regard to the citizens they involve, guilty or not.
WHEREAS, The Federal and State governments continue to talk about restricting our rights to guns with complete disregard for our constitutional rights.
WHEREAS, the Sheriff of ???county??? County has taken an oath to protect and defend the Constitution and stand with the ???county??? County Board of Supervisors resolution declaring ???county??? a Constitutional County; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors is concerned about the passage of any bill containing language infringing on the rights of the citizens and wishes to express its deep commitment to the rights of all citizens of ???county??? County given to them by our Constitution and Bill of Rights; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors expresses the intent to stand as a Constitutional County for the rights of all citizens of ???county??? county with respect to all rights given to them by our Constitution and will no longer allow State or Federal agencies to violate those rights in any respect.
